Payment
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Checks are not accepted. We require a credit card number in order to reserve all appointments.
Gratuities
15 to 20% is customary but still left to your discretion. Our staff accepts cash gratuities only. For appointments made for 4 or more people, an 20% gratuity will automatically be added.
Cancellations
Due to the high demand for appointments, we require at least a 24 hour notice to cancel without charge. You will be charged the full price of your service if you cancel without notice or fail to show up.
Cancellations for Bliss Private SPArties
All parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. We do not accommodate groups in the nail spa, unless it is a scheduled Bliss SPArty. Securing an available date requires a 50% deposit. Any cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior and the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Gift Certificates
Our cheeky and fun gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion and are available for any service or in any dollar amount. You'll love giving it as much as they'll love getting it.
Boutique Returns
Unused boutique items may be returned with a receipt within 10 days of purchase for exchange or spa credit. All sale items are final and non-returnable. |
